Genius Group Coverage is a home service contract coverage provider operated by Genius Group LLC. We’ve been in business since 2014, focused on one goal: making home breakdowns easier to handle with clear terms, responsive customer care, and a straightforward service request process.

Our mission Reduce the stress of unexpected repairs by offering coverage options for common home systems and appliances—paired with a process homeowners can understand.

How we work Members request service, a diagnosis is performed, and then we apply the agreement’s coverage rules and limits to determine what’s covered and what’s not.

What we offer

Systems coverage options for heating & A/C, plumbing, electrical, and water heaters (availability may vary by area).
Appliance coverage options for major kitchen and laundry appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
Combo plans that bundle systems and appliances for broader protection.
Customer support by phone and email, with optional SMS updates if you opt in.

What we’re not

We are not a homeowners insurance company. A home service contract (often called a “home warranty”) is a separate product that helps with certain covered breakdowns, subject to the agreement you purchase. Your agreement is the controlling document for coverage details.

What homeowners usually ask first

Is maintenance covered? No—routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep are generally the homeowner’s responsibility. Coverage is for certain breakdowns due to normal wear and tear, as defined in your agreement.

How fast is service? Scheduling depends on your location, season, and technician availability. In many areas, initial appointments are typically within 24–48 hours when available, but times can vary.
