Coverage details, limitations, exclusions, service fees, caps, and eligibility requirements are defined in the written service contract you purchase and any applicable state-specific provisions. If any content on this site conflicts with the service contract, the service contract controls.
3) Eligibility and enrollment
Eligibility depends on the property type, location, covered item condition, and other factors described in the service contract. Submission of a quote request does not guarantee eligibility or approval. We may require additional information before offering coverage.
4) Service requests and coverage decisions
For a service request, a diagnosis is generally required. Coverage determinations are based on the service contract, the reported issue, diagnostic findings, and any applicable limits/exclusions. Approval may require documentation or technician confirmation.
- Scheduling: Appointment availability varies by geography, season, technician schedules, and parts availability.
- Service fees: Service fees (if any) are described in your contract and may be due per service request.
- Limits: Coverage may be limited per item, per occurrence, and/or per contract term as stated in the contract.
- Non-covered items: If a service request is not covered, we will communicate the reason and may offer options at your cost.
5) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Use automated methods to scrape or harvest data without permission.
6) Intellectual property

10) SMS/Text messaging terms (10DLC / A2P compliance)
This section applies if you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Genius Group Coverage / Genius Group LLC. We may operate one or more SMS programs for customer care, informational updates, and (if separately opted in) marketing.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the consent box on our website forms (or other documented opt-in method) and providing your mobile number.
- Purpose: Customer care/informational messages may include request confirmations, account notifications, and service request updates. Marketing messages may include promotions or plan updates (only if you separately opt in).
- Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions, service request activity, and (if marketing opted in) promotions.
- Rates: Message & data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or contact support@geniusgroupwy.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent not required: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
